Here you’ll find creative works made with care, from illustrations and original artworks to books and limited editions. Below you’ll find my terms and conditions. They’re here to make sure everything is clear for both of us and that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.
1. Who’s behind this store
This store is run by an independent artist based in Spain. I personally prepare and pack every order. If you need to get in touch, you can write to me at info@monicang.com.
2. What these terms are for
These terms explain how purchases work here — including ordering, payment, shipping, returns, and your rights as a customer.
3. My products
Some items are physical (original artworks, prints, books) and others may be digital (downloadable files). Printed reproductions are not unique; only originals and certain limited editions are one-of-a-kind.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT for EU purchases.
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, any taxes, customs duties, or import charges are your responsibility.
Payment can be made by card, PayPal, or bank transfer and is processed at the time of purchase.
5. How to order
Simply add your chosen items to the cart, check the summary (including shipping and taxes), and confirm your order. You’ll then receive a confirmation email.
6. Shipping
I carefully check and pack every order:
- Prints and originals go in protective sleeves and sturdy envelopes or tubes.
- Small items (<1 kg) are sent in padded envelopes.
- Larger items are sent in reinforced boxes.
Shipments are sent mainly via Correos España, with tracked or untracked options. Please note: if you choose untracked shipping, I can’t be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delays after I hand the package to the carrier. For fragile, valuable, or original works, I recommend tracked or insured shipping.
7. Taxes and customs
If your order is shipped outside the EU, you may need to pay import taxes or customs fees. These are your responsibility. All shipments are declared with their real value and an accurate description, as required by international regulations.
8. Returns and damaged items
If something arrives damaged, please contact the courier within 24 hours and let me know (with photos if possible) so I can help.
I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital/downloadable items
For other items, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Return costs are paid by the customer (including any customs fees for returns from outside Spain), unless I made a shipping mistake.

10. Limitation of liability
I’m not responsible for damage caused by improper use of products or for issues outside my control (such as postal delays or losses in untracked shipments).
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in my place of residence, unless applicable law states otherwise.
